Több mint tíz éve dolgozom a HR területen. Tapasztalatot szereztem multinacionális vállalati környezetben, hazai kis- és középvállalkozásoknál, valamint munkaerő-kölcsönző és -közvetítő cégnél, kékgalléros és fehérgalléros munkatársakkal egyaránt.

A gyakorlati HR-tapasztalatot a Szegedi Tudományegyetemen szerzett stíluskommunikációs és business coaching tudásommal, valamint mediációs és grafológiai ismereteimmel kapcsolom össze.

A coachingbeszélgetés egy belső utazás. Onnan indulunk, ahol most vagy, megfogalmazzuk, hová szeretnél eljutni, feltérképezzük a lehetséges irányokat, majd kijelöljük azt a következő lépést, amely valóban illeszkedik hozzád. Ezt az utat öt egymásra épülő lépésben járjuk végig.

Horizont

Szakmai jelenlét coachinggal és stíluskommunikációval

A Horizont azoknak szól, akik a munka világában szeretnének magabiztosabban és önazonosabban megjelenni. Az első, 50 perces coachingbeszélgetésen feltérképezzük, hogyan szeretnél jelen lenni a szakmai helyzetekben, milyen benyomást szeretnél kelteni, és mit szeretnél közvetíteni önmagadról.

Ezt egy legfeljebb 90 perces személyre szabott stíluskonzultáció követi, amely után digitális stíluskönyvet kapsz. A folyamatot egy 30 perces telefonos konzultáció zárja a tapasztalatok és a felmerült kérdések átbeszélésével. Ha inkább közös vásárlásban gondolkodsz, ezt a jelentkezéskor jelezheted, és külön egyeztetjük a lehetőségeket.

Fizetési és lemondási feltételek

Az egyéni alkalom díja legkésőbb 24 órával az egyeztetett időpont előtt, banki átutalással fizetendő. Coachingcsomag esetén a teljes csomagdíj legkésőbb az első alkalom előtt 24 órával fizetendő.

Az időpont legalább 24 órával korábban díjmentesen módosítható vagy lemondható. Az ügyfél részéről történő, 24 órán belüli lemondás vagy időpont-módosítás esetén az adott alkalom díjának 50%-a fizetendő. Előzetes jelzés nélküli távolmaradás esetén a teljes alkalmi díj fizetendő.

Ha az alkalmat én mondom le, választásod szerint új időpontot egyeztetünk, vagy a már befizetett összeget teljes egészében visszatérítem.

About

Connecting HR insight with style communication and coaching.

I have worked in HR for more than ten years, gaining experience in multinational corporate environments, Hungarian small and medium-sized businesses, and staffing and recruitment agencies — working with both blue-collar and white-collar colleagues.

I combine hands-on HR experience with the style communication and business coaching expertise I gained at the University of Szeged, together with my background in mediation and graphology.

Horizon

Professional presence through coaching and style communication

Horizon is for anyone who wants to appear more confidently and authentically in the world of work. In the first 50-minute coaching conversation, we explore how you want to show up in professional situations, the impression you want to make and what you want to communicate about yourself.

This is followed by a personalised style consultation of up to 90 minutes, after which you receive a digital style guide. A 30-minute telephone consultation closes the process so we can discuss your experience and any questions. If you would prefer personal shopping, mention it in your application and we will discuss the options separately.

I do not use this information for newsletters or share it for marketing purposes. Technical service providers may act as data processors.

Payment and cancellation terms

The fee for an individual session must be paid by bank transfer no later than 24 hours before the agreed appointment. For a coaching package, the full package fee must be paid no later than 24 hours before the first session.

An appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. If the client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours, 50% of the session fee is payable. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full session fee is payable.

If I cancel a session, you may choose either to arrange a new appointment or to receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

Je relie le regard RH à la communication de style et au coaching.

Je travaille dans les ressources humaines depuis plus de dix ans, avec une expérience en environnement multinational, dans des PME hongroises ainsi que dans des agences de recrutement et de travail temporaire — auprès de collaborateurs de terrain comme de cadres.

J’associe cette expérience RH concrète à mes compétences en communication de style et en coaching professionnel, acquises à l’Université de Szeged, ainsi qu’à mes connaissances en médiation et en graphologie.

Présence professionnelle par le coaching et la communication de style

Horizon s’adresse à toute personne qui souhaite apparaître avec davantage d’assurance et d’authenticité dans le monde du travail. Lors de la première conversation de coaching de 50 minutes, nous explorons la manière dont tu souhaites être présent·e dans les situations professionnelles et l’impression que tu souhaites transmettre.

Vient ensuite une consultation de style personnalisée de 90 minutes maximum, après laquelle tu reçois un guide de style numérique. Le parcours se termine par une consultation téléphonique de 30 minutes pour discuter de ton expérience et de tes questions. Si tu préfères une séance shopping, indique-le dans ta demande et nous conviendrons séparément des possibilités.

Conditions de paiement et d’annulation

Le tarif d’une séance individuelle doit être réglé par virement bancaire au plus tard 24 heures avant le rendez-vous convenu. Pour un forfait de coaching, la totalité du forfait doit être réglée au plus tard 24 heures avant la première séance.

Un rendez-vous peut être reporté ou annulé sans frais au moins 24 heures à l’avance. En cas d’annulation ou de report par le client moins de 24 heures avant la séance, 50 % du tarif de la séance reste dû. En cas d’absence sans préavis, la totalité du tarif de la séance reste due.

Si j’annule une séance, tu peux choisir entre la fixation d’un nouveau rendez-vous et le remboursement intégral de la somme déjà versée.
